I am a qualified practitioner with a holistic interventions such as CBT/REBT, NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT, EMDR, Reiki and Energy healing.

I am a facilitator who enables you to find your inner strength and resources to cope with your existential dilemma. I endeavour to hold confidentiality and boundaries to provide emotional support to help you work through challenges. I work with you to help you find the outcome that you desire.
Experience
I am experienced in working with a wide range of presenting symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and identity crises. But I will work with you to help you explore the depth of your struggles. I am experienced working with 11-year-olds and adults. I am experienced in working with complex traumas, historical and existential. I am experienced with complex personality disorders and existential crises, including suicide. I am also experienced in working with racial trauma and cultural differences.

Initial Consultation
An initial assessment is conducted during the session discussion to establish your mental and emotional state. Other assessments (GAD, Anxiety or Sud) are conducted outside the session.
Fees
My fee per session online is £60
